The introduction of 2RT demolding :
- 2RT machine is multi-functional, because it is suitable to be used for top opening double or triple mold plates.
- High force employs dual pressure and each oil system is designed separately. It is consistent, quite and low frequency of malfunctions, two shafts can be operated simultaneous.
- Slow moving speed is available for alignment safer and more accurate.
- Molds can be precisely positioned. A 100% safety design for positioning is available to prevent molds from damage
- The speed to open and close the mold is adjustable; it is very accurate and reliable.

Machine motions flow:
- Setup the mold(initial status)
- Supply the materials and start the process(close the mold)
- Load the mold
- The main ran goes up rapidly to a predetermined position,
- The main ram goes up slowly, increase the pressure for molding. Expel bubbles out and curing.
- The main ram goes down rapidly.
- Unload the mold at a determined position.
- Open mold and take out the final products.
