Machines Main Features:
This machine owns the function of automatic injection rubber and vulcanizing. After setting your vulcanization time, vulcanization temperature, exhausting times in this PLC cabinet, the machine will automatically close the mold, and vulcanization. After reaching time of vulcanization, the machine will automatically open the mold.
- This machine owns function of automatic push and pull the mold in and out. After mold opening, the automatic adjustable rail device will push the bottom mold out.
- The machine will automatically knock the mold. After pushing the bottom mold out, the machine will knock the bottom bold. This is named 2 RT.
- This ejection device also can be designed for 3 RT and 4 RT. 3 RT means your mold is three pieces, 4RT means your mold is 4 pieces.
- This machine is one unit structure. For traditional type machine, the principle machine and hydraulic station is divided into 2 parts. While for our new structure, it is one unit.
- The PLC cabinet, LED screen, and other main electrical spare part is from Japan or Germany.
- All hydraulic station spare part is from Parker Brand of USA.
- For sealing, our company adopts the sealing from the NOK brand, it is from Japan.
- For heating plate, cylinder, piston and other metal spare parts, all are processed in the CNC machine center, ensuring it has high accuracy and good quality.
