How to operate this machine?
- Place the material into the mould and reposition it with the ejector cylinder.
- Load the mould and close it swiftly.
- Clamp the mould slowly while increasing pressure.
- Exhaust the system.
- Start the vulcanization process.
- Wait for vulcanization to finish.
- Open the mould quickly.
- Push out the mould.
- Activate the ejector cylinder to separate the mould from the product.
- Finally, take out the product.
The attentions for using flat vulcanizing machine:
- The guidelines for using a flat vulcanizing machine are as follows:
- Ensure that the operation pressure does not exceed the rated pressure.
- The minimum size of the mold should be equal to or greater than the plunger diameter, and the mold should be positioned centrally on the hot plate. Adjust the working fluid pressure based on the mold size and curing time.
- When not in use, disconnect the total power supply.
- Regularly tighten the column nut to maintain proper functionality.
- During empty tests, place 60mm thick backing plates on the flat surface.
- Ensure reliable grounding for both the mainframe and control box.
- Periodically check and tighten each contact point to prevent any loosening.
- Keep electrical components clean, and avoid impacting or knocking the instruments.
