Electric System Information of Flat Vulcanizing Machine ​:

  1. Electric action principle of flat vulcanizing machine:
  • Turn on the power switch QS, the power indicator HL1 is on, press the button SB2, the AC contactor KM1 is sucked and self-locked, the motor is energized, the plate rises and the mold is closed, KM1 normally open point 13-19 is closed, so that KA2 is energized Combined with self-locking, its normally open point 7-9 is closed, and the electric contact pressure gauge SP power is connected. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches the set vulcanization pressure, 11-9 is closed, KA1 is energized, and its normally closed point is 13- When 15 is disconnected, the normally open points of the AC contactor KM1 control circuit will return to normal open, and the oil pump motor will stop running and enter the vulcanized state. This machine also has an automatic pressure compensation function. When the pressure drops to the specified value, the electric contact pressure gauge 9-13 is closed, the AC contactor KM1 is closed, and its normally open point 13-19 is closed and self-locking, and the oil pump motor is energized. When the oil supply is running, the pressure compensation starts. When the vulcanization pressure is reached, the pressure gauge 9-11 is electrically connected again, the oil pump stops, and the pressure compensation is repeated in this way. To open the mold, just press the stop button.
  • Thermal relay FR is used for motor overload protection. If the motor is overloaded or encounters other faults, the normally closed contact of the thermal relay FR will be disconnected, so that the main contact of the KM1 coil will open and the motor will stop running. After 4-5 minutes, the bimetal of the thermal relay will automatically reset after cooling. If the above situation occurs again, it is necessary to check and eliminate the cause and failure of the motor overload.
  1. Temperature control of flat vulcanizing machine:
  • The heating element of the electric heating system is a tubular resistance heater, which is installed in the hot plate for the flat plate. The heating plate is also equipped with a thermocouple or platinum thermal resistance as the temperature display of the plate, and three sets of temperature control regulators BT1, BT2, BT3 respectively control the heating temperature of each layer of the plate. After the heating switch SA1 is closed, the temperature regulator is energized to work and control the AC contactors KM2, KM3, KM4 respectively, so that the heaters of each hot plate are energized and heated. When the temperature of the hot plate rises to the set temperature, the temperature regulator can control the heater to automatically power off and automatically maintain a constant temperature. The heating temperature can be adjusted separately to suit different process requirements.

Hydraulic Molding Machine Effects:

  • The injection-pressing plate vulcanizing machine is mainly used for vulcanizing flat belts. It has the advantages of high pressure per unit area of ​​the hot plate, reliable operation and less repair. The primary function of the injection press is to supply the pressure and temperature required for vulcanization. The pressure is generated by the hydraulic system through the hydraulic cylinder, and the temperature is supplied by the heating medium. In the rubber industry, the column-type injection-compression plate vulcanizer is an earlier model used, but now it is more of a frame structure. The frame type injection-compression plate vulcanizer has certain advantages compared with the column type injection-compression plate vulcanizer. The difference between the measuring points at the time of normal vulcanization of the hot plate is controlled by ±3°C. Taking into account the uniformity of heating temperature, each hot plate should be divided into multiple sections of steam entering and exiting (and a temperature sensor is installed on each layer of the hot plate; on the control console, PLC touches the display screen for temperature display, pressure display, and temperature and pressure over-limit alarms. System. Prompt the temperature value error and pressure of each layer, so that the operator can adopt the appropriate method.
  • The vulcanization temperature of the injection press flat vulcanizer can be controlled between 145-160°C, and the pressure can be controlled between 0.8Mpa-24Mpa. The PLC and control system of the vulcanizer store the temperature, system pressure, and time data at each point of the vulcanization process; the same screen displays the current time-temperature, time-pressure, and historical data can be checked at any time to trace quality problems. The ditch exhaust is smooth, the pressure during exhaust, the number of seconds during exhaust, and the number of exhaust times can be set on the screen. After exhausting, the vulcanization and pressurization process can be gradually increased in 6 levels, and the user can set every The entire vulcanization process is automatically completed after setting the pressure value and interval time.
