The Effect And Function Principle Of Flat Vulcanizing Machine: 

  • The injection-pressing plate vulcanizer is mainly used for vulcanizing flat belts. It has the advantages of high pressure per unit area of ​​the hot plate, reliable operation and less repair. The primary function of the injection press is to supply the pressure and temperature required for vulcanization. The pressure is generated by the hydraulic system through the hydraulic cylinder, and the temperature is supplied by the heating medium. In the rubber industry, the column-type injection-compression plate vulcanizing machine is an earlier model used, but now it is more of a frame structure. The frame type injection-compression plate vulcanizing machine has certain advantages compared with the column type injection-compression plate vulcanizing machine. The difference between the measuring points at the time of normal vulcanization of the hot plate is controlled by ±3°C. Taking into account the uniformity of heating temperature, each hot plate should be divided into multiple sections of steam in and out (and a temperature sensor is installed on each layer of the hot plate; on the control console, PLC touches the display screen for temperature display, pressure display, and temperature and pressure over-limit alarms. System. Prompt the temperature value error and pressure of each layer, so that the operator can adopt the appropriate method. The vulcanization temperature of the injection flat vulcanizing machine can be controlled between 145-160°C, and the pressure can be controlled between 0.8Mpa and 24Mpa. The vulcanizer PLC and control system store the temperature, system pressure, and time data of each point in the vulcanization process; the same screen displays the current time-temperature, time-pressure, and historical data can be checked at any time to trace quality problems. The ditch exhaust is smooth. The pressure during exhaust, the number of seconds during exhaust, and the number of exhaust times can be set on the screen. After exhausting, the vulcanization and pressurization process can be divided into 6 levels to gradually increase the pressure. The user can set every The entire vulcanization process is automatically completed after setting the level of pressure value and interval time.

Hot Press Machine Operating Principles:

  • Before operating the plate vulcanizer, check and turn off the hot plate heating switch on the electric control cabinet, remove the protective cover on the temperature control meter, and turn the middle knob to set the desired temperature. Press the timing relay adjustment button on the electric control cabinet to select the timing unit: s for seconds, m for minutes, and h for hours; then select the corresponding value.
  • Turn the power switch to the 1 (or ON) position to turn on the power. Jog the start button of the oil pump to check whether the rotation of the motor is correct. Be careful not to allow long-term reverse rotation. Check and open and close the manual valve, and then press the mold clamping (oil pump start) button to close the mold.
  • When the pressure rises to the upper limit of the pressure gauge after closing the mold, the motor stops and starts timing and starts the pressure phase; during the pressure process, when the pressure drops to the lower limit of the automatic pressure compensation set by the electric contact pressure gauge, the motor automatically starts and the compensation is closed. When the mold pressure reaches the upper limit setting pressure, it will stop automatically to realize automatic pressure compensation.
  • When the pressure time is up, the sound and light alarm device will alarm, press the stop button of the oil pump, and then turn the handle of the manual valve to open the manual valve until the mold is opened and a working cycle is completed. In the mold clamping process, you can press the oil pump stop button at any time to stop the mold clamping.
  • After the flat vulcanizer is started, the handle of the manual valve should be continuously moved to make the plunger move continuously up and down or loosen the hexagonal bleed screw plug on the back of the cylinder, then close the mold to a lower pressure, and discharge the air in the cylinder before testing. The low pressure of the system is controlled by a low pressure relief valve, which is mainly used to control the clamping speed of the equipment. The low pressure pressure is only allowed to be adjusted until the plunger rises faster, generally 0.2-0.5Mpa. Higher pressure is harmful and unprofitable. It will cause the motor to overload, but has no effect on the clamping speed.
  • The high pressure of the system is controlled by the high pressure relief valve, which is mainly used to control the high pressure of the equipment. It can be adjusted by adjusting the upper limit of the high pressure relief valve and the electric contact pressure gauge according to the process, but the high pressure pressure is not allowed to exceed the system rated voltage 16Mpa.
