Daily Maintenance Of Press Molding Machine:

Regardless of any equipment, improper operation, timely maintenance or poor environment of the equipment will lead to shortened equipment life. Zhengzhou Junan Machinery believes that the following points need to be noted in the daily maintenance of the vulcanizer:

Flat vulcanizers should be operated or stored in a dry and well ventilated environment. Excessive humidity in factories and warehouses can cause the electrical wiring of the vulcanizing machine to become wet.

Similarly, in rainy and snowy weather, the vulcanizer cannot be used outdoors. Rain and snow will cause water to enter the electric control box and heating plate of the vulcanizing machine, resulting in substandard vulcanization process or equipment damage.

If the working environment of the vulcanizing machine cannot avoid moisture and water, then when disassembling and handling the equipment, you need to put a mat on the ground. To prevent the vulcanizing machine from coming into direct contact with water.

In the process of using the vulcanizer, if the heating plate has entered the water due to improper operation, please contact the manufacturer for repair in time. In emergency situations, emergency repair work is carried out. The upper cover of the heating plate is opened by the operator and the water is poured out. Set the operation mode of the electric control box to manual, warm it to one hundred degrees Celsius, and keep it constant temperature for one hour. After the wet line is dried, the belt is glued. Don't forget to arrange personnel to contact the manufacturer while handling the emergency.

If the vulcanizing machine will not be used for a long time, the heating plate needs to be turned on to heat the heating plate every half month, the temperature is controlled at one hundred degrees Celsius, and the time is kept for half an hour.

Every time the vulcanizing machine is finished, the water in the water pressure plate needs to be cleaned. Especially in the cold winter, if the water is not cleaned, the rubber of the water pressure plate will age in advance, and the service life of the water pressure plate will be reduced accordingly.

The water release of the vulcanizing machine needs to be performed after the vulcanizing heat insulation work is completed and before the vulcanizing machine has been disassembled. If the water is discharged after the resulfurization machine is disassembled, the water in the hydraulic plate may not be completely discharged.

 

System Control For Hot Press Machine:

After the vulcanizer is closed to the bottom, the vulcanization process begins. The primary water is turned on first, switched to secondary water, and then the formal vulcanization process is performed. The on-site control system of the vulcanizing machine will transmit the signal of the vulcanizing machine to start vulcanization to the vulcanizing machine process control station in the central control room.

The external pressure of the vulcanizing agent starts the air source of the regulating valve of the membrane to switch on, and the external steam will enter the steam chamber of the vulcanizing machine. At this time, the temperature signal of the external temperature measuring element will be transmitted to the field control cabinet in the form of resistance value. The intelligent digital display instrument will convert this resistance value into a current signal, and then transmit the current signal to the process control station in the central control room through the signal transmission cable.

The control station will transmit the relevant signals to the upper-level monitoring machine through the network card so that the data can be observed and recorded. At the same time, the control station will analyze and process the signals detected during the vulcanization process, and convert them into current signals to be delivered to the site of Liu Huade. The electric valve positioner of the vulcanizing machine will automatically control the opening size of the pneumatic film regulating valve according to the transmitted current signal, so as to control the steam volume of the vulcanizing steam, and realize the automatic control and adjustment of the external pressure temperature of the vulcanizing process.
