How to Solve Vulcanizing Machine Oil Leak Problems:

Factors That Effect Vulcanizing Effects:
The vulcanization process is affected by several factors in the vulcanization process, mainly due to the following three factors.
Sulfur consumption
The higher the amount of sulfur in the vulcanizer machinery, the faster the vulcanization rate will be, and the higher the vulcanization procedure will be. However, the solubility in sulfur and rubber is limited. It is not the greater the amount of sulfur used, the excess sulfur. It will be precipitated from the surface of the rubber compound. This phenomenon is called “sulphur spraying”. To minimize the occurrence of sulfur injection, the method is to add an appropriate amount of sulfur at the lowest possible temperature. Under normal circumstances, sulfur is used in soft rubber. Do not exceed 3%, semi-hard rubber does not exceed 20%, the amount of pure hard rubber is higher, up to 40%.
Vulcanization temperature
The vulcanization temperature determines the degree of vulcanization uniformity. When the temperature is 10 °C higher, the vulcanization time will be shortened by about half. The rubber is a poor thermal conductor, and the vulcanization process will be different depending on the temperature of each place. To achieve uniform vulcanization effect, thick rubber products The temperature control is very critical, and should be gradually warmed up. The principle is low temperature vulcanization for a long time.
Vulcanization time
Vulcanization time is an important link in the vulcanization process.
