Vulcanizer Operation Principles:

• Before the machine is turned on, it is necessary to check the various components to check whether it is in a normal state. In terms of power supply, it is necessary to close the knife gate to check whether the indicator light is on. Check the pipeline of the oil pressure pipe for oil leakage, and whether the steam pipe has a leak condition.
• After pressing the automatic pre-press button, the oil pump automatically starts to move the template to close the mold, and the preheating starts. When the temperature reaches the preset temperature, press the button of the manual demoulding to open the template, press the push button of the push pump to press the indicator light. When starting, rotate the retraction knob of the anti-heating machine. After the template is withdrawn, add the raw tread compound and check whether the position of the imitation of the rubber is accurate. After everything is correct, the template is retracted by the rotary knob of the rotating push plate.

• Through the auto-vulcanization button, according to the time and exhaust times you set, you can set six steps of step-by-step pressurization during the vulcanization and pressurization process. The process and interval of each pressurization process can be set by yourself. When the equipment goes through the entire process, the vulcanization process is completed automatically.
• After the vulcanization process is completed automatically, it is necessary to remove the mold by pressing the manual mold release button, repeat the above steps, and push out the template to take out the vulcanized rubber compound. If the equipment is found to be abnormally operating during the vulcanization process, the emergency stop button needs to be pressed immediately, and the professional maintenance personnel check that the maintenance test is normal before putting it into production.
