Rubber Sealing Impact On Hydraulic Press Machine​:

• Side load and hydraulic shock that affect sealing performance when installing hydraulic press
• Generally, a support ring must be installed on the piston to ensure that the cylinder can withstand larger loads. The seal and the support ring play completely different roles, and the seal cannot replace the load of the support ring. For hydraulic cylinders with lateral force, a supporting ring must be added with a strong bearing capacity to prevent leakage and abnormal wear caused by the oil seal working under eccentric conditions.
• There are many factors that produce hydraulic shock, such as the moment when the excavating bucket actually touches the stone, the crane lifts or lowers the heavy object. Except for the factors, for high-pressure and large-flow hydraulic systems, when the actuator is reversing, if the performance of the reversing valve is not good, it is easy to produce hydraulic shock. The instantaneous high pressure generated by hydraulic shock may be several times the working pressure of the system. Such high pressure will tear the oil seal or partially squeeze it into the gap in a very short time, causing serious damage. Generally, the cylinder with hydraulic shock should be equipped with buffer ring and retaining ring on the piston rod. The buffer ring is installed in front of the oil seal to absorb most of the impact pressure, and the retaining ring prevents the oil seal from squeezing into the gap under high pressure and the root is bitten.

Operation Requirements Of Hydraulic Molding Machine:

Hydraulic forming is also called "internal high pressure forming". It uses the most basic pipe as a raw material to apply ultra-high pressure to the liquid inside the pipe while applying axial thrust to both ends of the tube blank. With the aid of the two external forces, the tube blank material undergoes plastic deformation and finally fits with the inner wall of the mold cavity to obtain a hollow part whose shape and accuracy meet the technical requirements.

Hydraulic system is an important power system of hydraulic press. Doing a good job of lubricating hydraulic system is an inevitable requirement to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic press and achieve the accuracy of operation. So what are the requirements of the hydraulic press for the operator?

1. The operator must be familiar with its system principle, the role of each hydraulic machine accessory, and master the sequence of operations.
2. The operator must concentrate when working, not whisper, and put all the energy on the work.
3. The operator should pay close attention to the working conditions, observe the pressure and speed at work, and timely check the produced parts to see if they meet the standards. If they do not, they must be adjusted. The mold must be inspected to see the wear of the mold.
4. The operator cannot damage the interlocking device of the electrical system, cannot push the electric control valve by hand, cannot damage or move the position of each operating gear arbitrarily.
