Rubber Injection Machine Applications:

• Rubber injection molding vulcanizing machine is referred to as rubber injection molding machine, which is one of the three major molding vulcanizing machines in industrial rubber mold products. In terms of number, (hot press forming machine) is far more than rubber pressure forming machine (injection molding machine), accounting for more than 1/4 of the total.
• Although the cost of the rubber injection machine itself and its mold is higher than that of the rubber flat plate vulcanizer, but because the injection machine is particularly beneficial for large-scale production, production compliance and product volume have been greatly improved, and the consumption of materials and heat energy has been correspondingly lower. As a result, the total cost has finally fallen, and has been favored and widely accepted by large rubber factories. In recent years, due to the emergence of mobile rubber injection machines suitable for small and medium batch production, many specialized small and medium rubber factories have also begun to choose to use them.
• The pre-plastic injection device is composed of plasticizing and injection parts. Its function is to heat and plasticize the rubber uniformly. The plasticized rubber is injected into the mold cavity through the nozzle. After the injection, the pressure is maintained to maintain the pressure in the mold cavity. The material is connected for a certain period of time under the set pressure to prevent the backflow of the rubber material and cause the finished product to have a loose structure and an undistorted appearance. The holding pressure is usually 80-120 MPa, and the higher one can reach 60% -80% of the actual injection pressure. According to the resume, when the holding pressure is about 80% of the actual injection pressure, the specific volume of the finished product is higher. Therefore, the requirements for the injection device are: strong plasticizing ability, sufficient injection pressure, injection rate, and correct metering and feeding.
• In recent years, with the rapid growth of contemporary high technology, higher requirements have been imposed on the volume of finished rubber products. The market demand for large-scale rubber products has also increased substantially. The screw reciprocating injection machine has exposed the shortcomings of the capacity and pressure of the injection products, and the screw plunger injection molding machine has gained new growth and application. The new plunger-type injection device with a pre-plasticizing device installs a hydraulically-driven plasticizing screw in the injection piston and adopts the "first in, first out" (FIFO) injection method to achieve it. Its layout is shown in Figure 1. The rubber is still plasticized using a screw-barrel. This device usually sets the injection cylinder on both sides of the screw. During injection, the axial relative position of the screw and the barrel is stable, and the check valve at the head of the plunger closes the screw groove. The screw accompanies the plunger of the rubber injection molding machine to inject the rubber into the mold cavity.
