Machine Hydraulic System:

The hydraulic system is the only power source of the machine. Every movement, such as moving mould, clamping, opening and closing, ejection, feeding, plasticizing, injection, etc., is controlled and driven by hydraulic system. The system includes oil tank, motor, oil pump device, oil road integration block, filter, cooler and pipeline, etc.

Electronic Control System:

Oil Injection System:

• Before oil injection, it is necessary to clean the tank and remove impurities and stains. The injected pressure oil is N46 antiwear hydraulic oil. At 50 degrees, the viscosity should be 19~29 centis, and the oil amount is about 550L. The hydraulic oil injected into the tank must be an unused high quality authentic brand N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, which must be filtered before filling.

• The warm oil tank is added to heat oil, the specific type is: Hot mea oil or domestic heat conduction oil MCH32, and the China Petroleum Corp code 68A hot kerosene oil. The oil is about 45L. Two the oil tank is filled with about 80% oil, which can be determined by the view of the liquid level.
