1. This machine owns the function of automatic injection rubber and vulcanizing. After setting your vulcanization time, vulcanization temperature, exhausting times in this PLC cabinet, the machine will automatically close the mold, and vulcanization. After reaching time of vulcanization, the machine will automatically open the mold.
2. This machine owns function of automatic push and pull the mold in and out. After mold opening, the automatic adjustable rail device will push the bottom mold out.
3. The machine will automatically knock the mold. After pushing the bottom mold out, the machine will knock the bottom bold. Called 2 RT.
4. This ejection device also can be designed for 3 RT and 4 RT. 3 RT means your mold is three pieces, 4RT means your mold is 4 pieces. which can greater your production capacity.
5. This machine is one unit structure. For traditional type machine, the principle machine and hydraulic station is divided into 2 parts. While for our new structure, it is one unit.

1. First-in-First-out injection unit: the first plasticized rubber material goes into the injection barrel firstly and inject out firstly.
2. This structure can reduce the time that rubber material staying in the barrel to escape vulcanized rubber in the barrel.
3. The injection plunger could move outside of the injection barrel, which simplify the operation of rubber changing, easy to cleaning the cylinder.
