2. Working principle

• When the flat vulcanizer is working, the hot plate heats the rubber and crosslinks the rubber molecules. Its structure changes from a linear structure to a net-shaped body structure. This is to obtain products with certain physical and mechanical properties, but the rubber After heating, it begins to soften, and at the same time, the moisture and volatile substances in the rubber compound must be vaporized. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder is used to give enough pressure to fill the rubber compound with the model, and limit the formation of bubbles, so that the product structure is dense To. If it is a layered product of adhesive tape, the adhesive can be firmly adhered to the cloth. In addition, give enough pressure to prevent the mold from the seam surface from overflowing, pattern lack of glue, pore foam and other phenomena.

Why Vulcanizing Machine Need To Strengthening Shock Absorption:

4. The three commonly used sealing materials for vulcanizers are polyurethane rubber, oil-resistant rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene.
5. Polyurethane rubber is a new type of rubber material widely used in various hydraulic cylinders at present. It has excellent physical properties and chemical stability, good strength, elasticity and oil resistance, and also has wear resistance. Can withstand high pressure.
6. Oil-resistant rubber and cloth rubber: It is much used with nitrile rubber and has good elasticity.
7. PTFE (plastic): It is characterized by high heat resistance and good corrosion resistance.
