Several Rubber Injection Molding Technics:

1. Compression molding

• Commonly used molding method to manufacture some rubber products with complex shapes such as leather cups and sealing rings. With the aid of the formed female and male molds, the rubber material is placed in the mold and heated to form.

2. Injection molding

• Used for more complex rubber products, such as tire tread, rubber hose, metal wire surface coating needs to be manufactured by injection molding.
• It is a method of putting a certain plasticity compound into the hopper of the extruder under the extrusion of the screw through a variety of mouths, also called a template, for continuous molding.
• Before extrusion, the rubber compound must be preheated to make the rubber compound soft and easy to extrude to obtain a smooth surface and accurate size rubber products.

3. Calendering

• It is suitable for manufacturing simple sheet and plate products. It is a method of pressing the mixed rubber into a film with a certain thickness and a width by a calender, which is called calendering.
• Some textile products used in rubber products such as tires, tapes, and hoses must be coated with a thin layer of glue. The glue is also called glue or rubbing on the fibers. The glue application process is usually completed on the calender.
• The fiber material needs to be dried and dipped before calendering. The purpose is to reduce the moisture content of the fiber material, so as not to evaporate the water and increase the temperature of the fiber material, to ensure the quality of the calendering process.
• Dipping is a necessary process before hanging glue in order to improve the bonding performance of the fiber material and the rubber compound.

Hydraulic Cylinder How To Protect Against Dust:

• When the hydraulic cylinder is used in a harsh environment, special attention must be paid to the dustproofness of the hydraulic cylinder. If the dust attached to the surface of the piston rod intrudes into the hydraulic cylinder, once the dust enters the hydraulic cylinder, it will affect the hydraulic cylinder. Increasing the wear of the sliding surface of the hydraulic cylinder will make the hydraulic cylinder inflexible during the rotation process, resulting in the slow phenomenon of the hydraulic cylinder.
• Therefore, the hydraulic cylinder must be properly protected against dust. The cylinder dust cover can be selected. The cylinder dust cover can form a sealed space in the cylinder to prevent something from penetrating into the cylinder during the operation of the cylinder to damage the cylinder and keep the cylinder rod clean. In order to ensure the normal operation of the cylinder, the general jacket of the cylinder is made of fiber and soft tissue products, which can effectively prevent the cylinder from colliding with other components during operation and causing friction to the cylinder.
• The dust cover of the cylinder is mainly to prevent dust, sand and rain from entering, so that it can not only ensure the external cleanliness of the hydraulic cylinder, but also protect the internal cleanliness of the hydraulic cylinder. Only when these small cares are taken for the hydraulic cylinder at ordinary times, it will not stop moving due to some simple problems.
