1.  Working principle: When clamping, the pressure oil enters from the central pipe of the quick-moving cylinder plunger. Due to the small inner diameter of the quick-moving cylinder, rapid mold shifting can be realized. At the same time, the main cylinder has a negative pressure, and the pressure oil in the auxiliary tank is filled with oil through the self-suction port to the main cylinder. When the fast cylinder oil supply ends, the movable die plate stops moving, the oil filling stops, the self-priming valve moves forward, and the self-priming port passage is cut off. Then pressurization mode locking is performed.

Structural features: Since the rapid mold shifting cylinder, the boosting cylinder, the self-priming valve, the clamping cylinder, and the ejection cylinder are all buried in the clamping cylinder, the structure is very compact. The high-pressure system is only limited to the mold-locking cylinder. The sealing requirements for the oil-circuit system are relatively low. Only medium-pressure can be used, which can save energy, and can realize fast, stable and reliable mold clamping without setting up a special mold-adjusting device. The clamping force can be directly displayed and stored, which is very advantageous for reducing the manufacturing cost and facilitating the operation.
