Main functions of the vulcanizer control station:
The control station of the vulcanizer has four main functions: data acquisition, alarm, external temperature control and condensate temperature control.
1.The data acquisition includes information such as external temperature, internal temperature, internal pressure and condensate temperature, and is transmitted to the host computer via Ethernet.
2.When the external temperature exceeds the limit during the vulcanization process and the DO module output exceeds the standard, the control station will drive the alarm indicator of the field control cabinet to flash to remind the operator. The indicator will not turn flat until the alarm confirmation button is pressed, and the alarm indicator will go out until the signal returns to normal.
3.The external temperature control function can collect the difference between the external temperature and the set value through the acquisition module, and control the external temperature through the on-site regulating valve, and the control precision can reach 1 °C up and down.
4.The condensate control function can collect the condensed water temperature and compare it with the set value through the temperature module, and control the on-site solenoid valve switch through the DO module output, so as to achieve the purpose of automatically discharging the condensed water at a constant temperature.
