Hydraulic Oil Leak Solutions Of Rubber Press Machine:

The movement of the four-column press is mainly realized by the circulation of hydraulic oil, and when we are in normal use, the machine often leaks oil, which brings great trouble to our work. For the oil leakage of the press, the main points are as follows:

  1. The seal is damaged. The presses we use basically connect the machine body and the hydraulic system into a loop through oil pipes, and seals will be installed at each connection port of the machine to ensure that the oil pipes do not leak oil, due to long-term use , The seal is damaged by the impact and corrosion of hydraulic oil, which leads to oil leakage in the oil circuit.
  2. The valve body leaks oil. The solenoid valve is the heart of the four-column press. It mainly depends on different solenoid valves to achieve diversification of actions. If the seals in the solenoid valve are installed improperly, the seals will be damaged and the valve body will leak oil. Happening.
  3. Connect the pipeline. The connecting pipelines between the hydraulic systems are all welded, and the occurrence of trachoma during welding will lead to oil leakage in the pipeline later.
  4. The above is the oil leakage of the main four-column press. The specific situation is analyzed in detail. If it cannot be solved, it is best to contact the manufacturer for repair.


Motor Noise Solutions For Hydraulic Press Machine:

  • When the four-column press is working, the sound of the motor changes (increases) is a normal phenomenon, and the pressure rises (hydraulic pipeline) is also a normal phenomenon. If the sound of the motor changes compared to usual (the sound becomes louder), you can use a clamp ammeter to check the current of the three-phase circuit to see if the three-phase current is balanced and within the rated current range. The current will be slightly higher than the rated value when pressing the part. , If the current is indeed high or the temperature of the motor is increased, then the main circuit should be checked for missing items and poor contact (especially between the main contacts of the contactor and the main contacts of the circuit breaker). Or check the pipeline system is not smooth, the hydraulic oil is deteriorated, etc.
  • During the pressurization process of the four-column press, the load of the cylinder increases, and the pressure must rise. When the pressure rises (when the flow rate does not change), the output power of the motor also rises, and of course the sound of the motor becomes louder. As long as the working pressure of the cylinder does not exceed the set pressure of the relief valve, the system can be considered normal.
