The hydraulic injection molding machine has been widely used in injection molding. It uses a hydraulic oil pump to suck, press and output from the fuel tank. The proportional valve is used to control the pressure, flow and direction of the oil to meet the different stages of the injection molding process. The pressure, flow and direction required. Analysis on Energy Saving Ways of Hydraulic Injection Molding Machine Motor:
The injection molding process of the injection molding machine is a cyclic process. A complete injection molding process consists of clamping, injection seat advancement, injection, pressure holding, cooling, plasticizing, mold opening, and ejector products. In this continuous process, the required pressure and time are different at each stage, where the clamping process requires a slightly higher pressure and the duration is not long; the injection process requires high pressure and the duration is very short; the pressure holding process Higher pressure is required, and the duration is not long; the cooling and plasticizing process only requires low pressure, and the duration is long, accounting for 40%-60% of one injection cycle; the pressure required for mold opening and ejection process is slightly High, the duration is not long.

The oil pump is basically unloaded and has a long maintenance time. The pressure control of the injection molding machine can be achieved by controlling the output power of the oil pump motor.
