4. First, loosen the fixing ring connecting the vulcanizing machine platform and the vulcanizing machine plunger, remove the fixing ring; raise the platform, and use wooden blocks or other equal-length iron blocks to support the platform firmly, without making the vulcanizing machine platform whereabouts.
5. Loosen the flange connecting bolt that presses the plunger, remove the nut, and remove the flange from the gap between the plunger and the lifting plate to expose the oil seal, then remove the old oil seal and replace it with a new one; you can also start the oil pump, Move the plunger upwards, take the sealing ring out of the cylinder, and replace it with a new one; after completion, just install it as is; remember to replace the new oil seal, do not tighten the large screw cap of the flange with a wrench, Tighten gradually by hand until there is no oil leakage.
