• Vulcanization molding is an important process for the processing of rubber products. The vulcanization molding of rubber products is inseparable from the military vulcanization machine. • Since the pressurized heating and vulcanization of the rubber compound are carried out under vacuum in the vulcanization chamber, the quality of the rubber product can be ensured. Then, when the rubber has entered the vulcanization chamber, the air in the vulcanization process will be quickly extracted to create a vacuum environment. Therefore, the vulcanizer needs to be provided with a vacuum box that is evacuated and has the same size as the vulcanization chamber. During operation, the vulcanization chamber and the vacuum box are interconnected, and then the vulcanization chamber is evacuated. All of the above operations need to be fast enough to ensure the vacuum level of the rubber product during the molding process, thus ensuring the quality of the product.

• A thermostat plate is required to have a uniform temperature for the heating plate. The thermostatic plate is characterized in that there are dozens of criss-crossing through holes between the electric heating pipe and the working surface, and the insides of the holes are connected to each other. A liquid having good thermal conductivity is poured between the through holes, and the heat of the electric heating tube is secondarily transferred to the working surface of the hot plate through the heat transfer liquid.

• Since the through holes are connected to each other, the heat absorbed by the heat transfer liquid is also uniform. The temperature of the heating of the electric heating tube can also be controlled by a digital display temperature controller to further ensure the vulcanization process of the rubber compound.
