First In Last Out Injection Molding Advantages:

Main Features:

Hydraulic Driving Device of The Injection Machine:

  1. The basic types of injection machine are mechanical transmission (motor and gear reducer), hydraulic transmission (oil pump and its components), hybrid drive (injection device for liquid, and mechanical clamping device for mechanical transmission) three kinds.

Injection Electronic Control Devices:

  1. The advanced injection machines in the world usually use the microcomputer controlled closed loop control system. The system includes keyboard input, screen display, system operation, system test, signal feedback and correction.
  2. The operator can enter instructions or data according to the problems displayed on the screen, such as the temperature of the machine barrel, the distance of the opening and closing, the injection pressure, the injection speed, etc. After the input is completed, the system will run according to the input data or instructions.
  3. At the same time, the microcomputer processing system starts monitoring and detecting whether the actual data and the setting data are consistent. If it is found that there is difference between them, it will feedback to the processing system to correct it in time.
  4. This not only ensures the reproducibility and repeatability of the products, but also realizes the rapid adjustment of the machine. At the same time, the machine tool has a storage system, which can store the current production data so that the next production can be used.


Stable Clamp Force for Injection:

  1. In the process of injection, in order to make the material full of the whole mold cavity, there must be a higher injection pressure.
  2. During the curing process, with the increase of the rubber temperature, the expansion force will be generated. These two forces are trying to make the die open.
  3. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of product quality and geometry size and reduce the flash as far as possible, we must give sufficient and stable clamping force on the vertical direction of mould parting surface, so as to prevent the die from being opened at the top of the rubber.
