What is working principle of Injection machine?
The working principle of the silicone injection molding machine is similar to the syringe used for injection. It is the process of injecting plasticized plastic in the melting state (viscid flow state) into the closed mold cavity with the help of the screw (or plunger) thrust and obtaining the product after curing and fining.
How does an injection machine work?
Silicone injection molding machine is a cyclic process, each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding -- melt plasticization -- pressure injection -- mold filling and cooling -- mold opening and taking. Take out the plastic parts and then close the mold again for the next cycle.
