Steps for Testing the Machine:

  1. After the electrical system has been started, press the emergency stop button of the two machines to verify the emergency stop function. This is designed to prevent accidents. When pressing the emergency stop button, the oil pump motor stops rotating immediately and the entire electrical control system loses power.
  2. If the rotation direction of the oil pump is the same as the direction of the indication, the two relative changes in the three phases of the power line can change the rotation direction.
  3. To determine motor correctly, after repeated three times, stop the motor, so that the pipe is filled with hydraulic oil, the oil pump and motor functioning without noise, and adjustment of the pressure, the safety of the system pressure factory modulated as 20 mpa. The working pressure and speed of the machine are set by the numeric key on the panel and displayed on the operating screen. The parameters of each action are set at the factory. Fine-tune the parameters at work.
