Operating procedures

1. before the experiment, check whether the required scale is reached in the fuel tank. Then check whether the components are working properly and whether the column is lubricated.

 

2. When the preheating is done, pay attention to the temperature of the hot plate. If it does not meet the requirements, it must be adjusted under the guidance of the engineer. It is strictly prohibited to tamper with it.

 

3. When placing the mold between the hot plates, it shall prevent burns or crush accidents. Do not place the mold when the hot plate rises.

 

4. In the middle of the tablet should be placed after the mold is loaded, people should stand in the center of the console. When the required pressure is reached after the mold is closed, the motor is turned off, and if it fails to meet the requirements, it must be adjusted by the engineer.

 

5. Take the mold to use iron hooks to prevent pressure on the hand. If the mold is opened, the product will stick to the mold. Tap the mold to carefully knock the mold to prevent the mold from falling or bruising.

 

6. If the machine fails, you must cut off the power immediately.
