Vacuum injection molding is an advanced injection molding process (active exhaust method). Its principle is that after the mold is clamped, the vacuum mold is used to vacuum the mold cavity, and then the plastic is quickly injected, which is fundamentally solved. The effect of gas inside the mold cavity on the formation of the product. It completely solves the problems caused by poor mold exhaust, and can greatly shorten the molding cycle and improve the production efficiency.
