Rubber Injection Machine Basic Problems:

  1. In order to solve the shortcomings of the above two injection machines, people combine these two injection machines and take advantage of each other to make up for each other's shortcomings. The injection part of this machine is mainly composed of a screw plasticizing system and a plunger injection system. The injection molding process is as follows: first, the cold rubber material is fed into the screw plasticizing system, and the rubber material is extruded into the plunger after plasticizing In the injection system, the plunger finally injects the rubber into the mold cavity. In order to make the rubber flow in a certain order, a check valve is installed at the end of the screw extruder. After the plastic is plasticized, it enters the injection system through the check valve and pushes the plunger. At this time, the rubber will not Go out from the nozzle, because the nozzle channel is narrow and the resistance is large. When the plunger injects the rubber material into the mold cavity from the nozzle under high pressure, because of the check valve, the rubber material will not flow backward into the injection machine. Because this injection molding method combines the advantages of a plunger injection machine and a screw injection machine, it can produce large, high-quality rubber products.
  2. The installation method of the plasticizing system and the injection system may sometimes have some defects, because the glue that is first injected into the injection chamber is finally injected into the mold cavity, which may cause the residence time of the glue that is in contact with the end face of the plunger to be too long. Vulcanization, resulting in problems such as waste products. Large equipment is more prone to this situation. An injection machine with a first-in-first-out working sequence can solve this problem.
  3. Although the rubber injection machine is also divided into screw plasticization and plunger injection, these two parts are installed on a straight line. At the beginning of the work, the plunger is located in the front position. After entering the injection chamber through the plunger, the plunger begins to retreat under the pressure of the rubber material until the injection chamber is full of the required injection volume, and the plunger stops moving backward. Then, the power part drives the plunger to move forward and perform high-pressure injection. In addition, when the rubber material passes through a ball diverter before entering the mold, it is further plasticized, and the temperature of the rubber material is more uniform.
