In order to operate the safety of the flat vulcanizing machine, the following ten basic criteria are specified:

3, all molds must be centered when placed in the flat plate, take the mold to bring gloves to prevent burns.
4. Do not use the flat vulcanizing machine beyond the specified temperature.
5. It is strictly forbidden to accumulate uneven plates in the flat plate.
6. If the equipment is faulty, the power must be cut off before processing.
7. When the test piece is stuck, open the mold and be careful to prevent it from falling.
8. When not in use, turn off the power, put down the pressure, and close the oil valve.
9. When taking the test piece from the mold, pay attention to the cavity of the cavity and the surface of the die to protect it from scratches.
10. Adjust the pressure gauge according to the die size and the specified unit pressure. It is strictly forbidden to overpressure vulcanization.
Machine Working Theory:
Most of the vulcanizing units are composed of two or more vulcanizing machines installed on the turntable. The rotating table rotates for one week, which can complete the whole process of rubber feeding, vulcanization and finished product removal. If a screw injection device for feeding and a robot for taking out the finished product are installed for this vulcanizing unit, the automatic production of the rubber product can be completed.
The vulcanizing unit comprises: a plurality of vulcanizing machines, a frame, a center structure, a turntable and a turntable rotating mechanism, a formwork, a seat, a console, a push-pull mold cylinder and the like.
The working condition of the flat vulcanizing unit is as follows: after the piston rod is lowered to the lowest position, the upper and lower stencils are pushed out by the push-pull cylinder, the mold is opened, the product is manually taken out and the rubber is put into the rubber. Next, the upper and lower stencils are pulled back by the push-pull cylinder to perform the closing operation of the model. At this time, the turntable rotates 60 degrees to the second station, the working cylinder enters the oil, the piston rises, and the mold is pressed and vulcanized. At the same time, the hook of the end of the piston rod of the push-pull cylinder is disengaged from the hook on the template.
