Quality requirements for hydraulic brake rubber cups

(1) Physical and chemical properties of finished leather products.

(2) Performance of the finished leather product

Under the conditions of GB 5722 "General Regulations for the Storage of Rubber Sealed Products", the manufacturer shall ensure that the performance of the finished leather products from the date of manufacture shall not meet the requirements of this standard within a storage period of not more than one year.

The mileage of the finished leather product is guaranteed to be no less than 25,000km in the mountainous area and not less than 35,000km in the plain.

(3) finished product size

The dimensions of the cup and its tolerances shall be in accordance with the drawings. The lip diameter tolerance is in accordance with the M1 tolerance of GB 3672 "Dimensional Tolerance of Rubber Solid Molded and Pressed Products", and the upper tolerance is unified to +0.30mm. The dimensions of the drawings are not indicated in the tolerance, according to the M3 level.

(4) Appearance quality

1) Basic requirements. The surface of the cup should be clean and the color should be uniform. No air bubbles or damage should be allowed. There should be no glue edge at the liquid guiding tank of the main cup.

2) Defect type

a. Die marks: the longest 2mm, the widest 0.5mm, the deep or high does not exceed 0.2mm.

b. Lack of glue: the lack of glue in the circumferential direction of the corner of the cup, the length does not exceed 3mm.

c. Impurities: the granular shape does not exceed 0.5 mm, the widest does not exceed 0.5 mm, and the linear length does not exceed 4 mm.

d. Flow marks: The line type defects are no more than 0.1 mm deep, no more than 0.2 mm wide, and 4 mm or less.

e. Transition trimming: depth below 0.2mm, width less than 1mm, length not exceeding half of the perimeter.

f. Surface stains: allow local or local contamination.
