Why The Vacuum Compression Molding Machine Leak Pressure?
The leakage pressure of the vacuum vulcanizer is definitely a material deflation. There are two kinds of conditions for material deflation. One is that your vacuum chamber itself has a leak. When the vacuum is increased, it will leak very badly. The other is that the substance you put in the vacuum chamber is deflated, and the venting is that when the vacuum is increased, some substances in the vacuum chamber will vaporize.

 
Vacuum Compression Molding Machine Workflow:

Main Features of Vacuum Compression Molding Machine:

  6. The body is made of ductile iron FCD50 after artificial aging passivation, with high tensile strength and toughness

  9. The hot plate adopts deep hole processing, electric heating tube heating, and temperature segmentation control, so that the temperature is evenly distributed throughout the hot plate to ensure the product qualification rate, and the error reaches the standard of ±3 °C.
  10. The friction parts such as hot plate and moving template are treated by surface nitriding heat treatment after careful processing, which is durable.
