China Rubber Injection Development Problems:
The main problems of domestic rubber injection machine are reflected in several aspects

1. First, most of them use a lower system pressure of 21/22 MPA. The model with a nominal capacity of 300 tons can only provide a clamping force of 2600KN, which is insufficient. And the corresponding pumps and valves are cheaper brands such as Japan or Taiwan, which are prone to oil leakage and damage, and the service life is not long. Split valves, pipes, etc. are also used for hydraulic pipelines, which are prone to failure and difficult to maintain.
2. Second, the design of the fuselage structure is unreasonable. The mold opening space is insufficient, and the mold must be removed before the mold can be opened externally; the design of the guide post is unreasonable, the lock nut is easy to loosen, and the hot plate is unbalanced, which is likely to cause flash and cakes.
3. Third, the backward advanced late injection unit. Each mold needs to inject about 20-30g of rubber first, and the temperature of the plasticizing cylinder is low. Cleaning and replacing the rubber material is very cumbersome and requires disassembly. In actual use, the most fatal weakness of existing domestic machines is instability, and various unimaginable problems often occur, affecting customer use and production. In addition, the related supporting molds and cold runners have insufficient capabilities, mainly due to the relatively original mold structure and concept, low processing and manufacturing accuracy, and unreasonable surface treatment or simply not to do so.
