Injection molding machine principle
The injection molding machine is a special plastic molding machine that utilizes the thermoplasticity of plastics, melts it by heating, and applies high pressure to quickly flow into the cavity. After a period of pressure and cooling, it becomes a plastic product of various shapes.
How the injection molding machine works
The sequence of actions is carried out according to the steps of mode locking → shooting advancement → shot injection → product cooling → pressure holding → melting glue → shot back → mold → top output. Injection molding processing is to work in a cycle according to such a cycle.
The clamping action is done with hydraulic oil. The mode-locking action is performed in accordance with the slow, fast, low-pressure, low-speed, high-pressure mode-locking steps. Firstly, the mold is quickly closed at a low pressure. When the moving mold and the fixed mold are approaching, the power system of the clamping mechanism is switched to a low pressure and a low speed. When it is confirmed that no foreign matter exists in the mold or the insert is not loose, the high voltage lock is switched. Mold and lock the mold.
After confirming that the mold reaches the required degree of locking, the injection stage moves forward, so that the nozzle and the mold flow path are fitted together, and then the injection action starts, the system fills the injection oil cylinder with pressure oil, and the injection cylinder piston rod The rubber injection screw is pushed to inject the molten rubber of the screw head into the mold cavity at high pressure and high speed, thereby completing the injection action.
When the molten rubber fills the mold cavity, the gel screw maintains a certain pressure on the molten rubber to prevent the melt in the cavity from flowing back, and replenishes the cavity due to the cooling of the low temperature die. The required melt is used to ensure the compactness and certain dimensional accuracy of the plastic product, as well as good mechanical properties. The pressure can be relieved when the holding of the molten material into the cavity loses the possibility of returning from the gate. When the shot is terminated, the cooling timer begins and the mold can be opened until the cooling time is reached.
After the pressure is released, the screw rotates back under the driving of the transmission machine (generally driven by the hydraulic motor), and the rubber falling from the hopper into the melt cylinder is conveyed forward along the screw thread direction as the screw rotates. In this conveying process, the rubber compound is gradually compacted and heated by the heating coil on the melting cylinder, and the screw rotation and the surface friction of the rubber material generate heat, the rubber compound and the rubber compound, the rubber compound and the melt rubber cylinder. The surface friction generates heat, so that the temperature of the rubber increases to the melting temperature, and the rubber material gradually melts and plasticizes to exhibit a viscous flow state, and establishes a certain pressure.
