The operation of the machine :

1． Completely check the connection of the electrical circuit is correct, roller and gear surfaces without inclusions.
2． Roller bearing grease cup filled with ZG-3 calcium-based grease. Gearbox should be joined 150 # medium pressure gear oil. Add 150 # medium pressure gear oil in the gear guard, the oil surface height is 1.5-2 tooth depth is appropriate.
3． After finishing the above preparations, adjust the roll distance to 3-5mm, turn the coupling by hand to confirm that there is no jamming or bad behavior before driving.
4． Test the emergency brake, the no-load inertia <1/6 turn, press the jog reverse button can be reversed.
5． Continuous running time of the machine should not be less than 4 hours, idling running current shall not exceed 50% of the rated current of the main motor, and roller bearing temperature shall not exceed 20 ℃.
