What's Open Rubber Mixer Machine?
Open rubber mixer machine is mainly used for rubber plastic, rubber mixing, heating and tablet.
Introduction of two roll rubber open mixing mill:
Rubber kneader with completely sealed condition, materials are mixed or plasticized under certain pressure, controllable temperature, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent quality.
Materials could be mixed or plasticized with pressure and right temperature. Then the high effective production will be out.
The composition of the machine:
The machine is mainly composed : a base, a frame, front and rear rollers, transmission gears, a reducer, a pitch adjusting device, a roller temperature adjusting device, a safety switch and an electric control system.
Roller material is alloy chilled cast iron, with high hardness and wear resistance, roll temperature adjustment device can be introduced into the roller steam or cooling water to adjust the roll temperature to meet the process requirements.
Main features:
1. The roll adopts the vanadium titanium metal alloy chilled cast iron and its surface is hard and wear-proof. The internal cavity is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
2. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the main components from being damaged.
3. The machine is also equipped with an emergency brake device. When an emergent arises, just draw the safety pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
4. The transmission system adopts a hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
5. The base frame is a whole framework, which is convenient for installation.
6. The temperature of the roller surface is adjusted by the temperature adjusting device.
7. The roller bearings are lubricated by dry lubricants, which can be supplied by the user.
