Vibration Reduction Method of Vulcanizer:
- The vulcanizing machine thickens the pad on the workbench: add a certain thickness of the pad between the vulcanizer table and the lower die, so that the working stroke of the moving beam moves up, and then reduces the volume of the upper cavity of the working cylinder when the load is suddenly lost. Correspondingly, the stored elastic energy of the liquid is reduced.
- Vulcanizing machine plus movable pad: a movable pad is installed between the piston and the moving beam of the working cylinder of the vulcanizer. The moving beam can be pressed down by the pad to carry out the processes of trimming and blanking. This operation is abbreviated.
- The vulcanizer can be shock absorbing by reducing the impact vibration. Due to the resistance of the hydraulic pad of the vulcanizer to the falling of the moving beam, the vibration of the vulcanizer can be slowed down after the shear force reaches the maximum value.
