Rubber Injection Application Scope
The rubber injection molding vulcanizing machine is referred to as the rubber injection molding machine, and is one of the three molding vulcanizing machines in the industrial rubber molding products. In terms of number, (hot press molding machine) is much more than a rubber press molding machine (injection molding machine), occupying a total of 1/4 or more.
Although the cost of the rubber injection machine itself and its mold is higher than that of the rubber flat vulcanizing machine, but because the injection machine is advantageous for mass production, the production obedience and product quantity are greatly improved, and the material consumption and heat energy consumption are also correspondingly low. As a result, the ultimate cost of land has fallen, and it has been favored and widely accepted by large rubber factories. In recent years, due to the emergence of motorized mobile rubber injection machines suitable for small and medium-sized production, many specialized small and medium rubber factories have begun to choose.
The pre-plastic injection device is composed of plasticized and injection parts. Its function is to uniformly heat and plasticize the rubber compound. The plasticized rubber compound is injected into the cavity through the nozzle, and the injection pressure is held to make the glue in the cavity. The material is connected for a certain time under the set pressure, in order to prevent the rubber material from flowing backwards, resulting in loose structure and uncompromising appearance. The pressure of the holding pressure is usually 80-120 MPa, and the high one can reach the actual injection pressure of 60%-80%. According to the credential history, when the pressure of holding pressure is about 80% of the actual injection pressure, the amount of finished product obtained is higher than that. Therefore, the requirements for the injection device are: strong plasticizing power, sufficient injection pressure, injection rate, and accurate metering of the feed.
Over the years, with the rapid growth of modern high technology, higher requirements have been placed on the amount of finished rubber. However, the demand for large-scale rubber products has also increased greatly. The screw reciprocating injection machine has a certain limit of the capacity and pressure of the injected finished product. The screw plunger injection molding machine has gained new growth and application. The new plunger type injection device with pre-plastic device installs the hydraulically driven plasticizing screw in the injection piston and accepts the "first-in-first-out" (FIFO) injection method. The layout is shown in Figure 1. The compound is still plasticized using a screw-barrel, which typically places the injection cylinder symmetrically on either side of the screw. When injecting, the axial position of the screw and the barrel is stable, and the check valve at the head of the plunger closes the groove, and the screw is injected into the cavity with the plunger of the rubber injection molding machine.
