The flat vulcanizing machine should be operated or stored in a dry and ventilated environment. Excessively wet plants and warehouses will cause the electrical wiring of the vulcanizer to be wet and string.
In the same way, in the rain and snow weather, the vulcanizer cannot be used outdoors. Rain and snow will cause the electric control box and heating plate of the vulcanizer to enter the water, resulting in the vulcanization process not meeting the standards or equipment damage.
If the working environment of the vulcanizer cannot avoid moisture and water, it is necessary to put a mat on the ground when disassembling and handling the equipment. In case the vulcanizing machine is in direct contact with water.
In the process of using the vulcanizer, if the heating plate is in the water due to improper operation, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer for repair. In a state where the situation is relatively urgent, it is best to carry out emergency repair work. The upper cover of the heating plate is opened by the operator to pour out the water. At the end of each work of the vulcanizer, the water in the water pressure plate needs to be cleaned. Especially in the cold winter, if the water is not cleaned, the rubber of the water pressure plate will age prematurely, and the service life of the water pressure plate will also decrease.
The vulcanizer discharge water needs to be carried out after the vulcanization and insulation work is completed, and the vulcanizer has not been dismantled. If the water is released after the re-vulcanization machine is disassembled, the water in the water pressure plate may not be completely discharged.
