FIFO Rubber Injection Machine Brief Introduction:

The direct injection “FIFO” (first in, first out) system works according to the material first-in-first-out principle, thus ensuring high-precision dosing and high reproducibility and process safety. The built-in check valve is suitable for cold flow technology of rubber products. The injection nozzle is very short and reaches the mold directly, which results in extremely low pressure loss. High plasticizing performance and low energy consumption make extremely economical operations possible. The nozzle section cooling section reliably prevents early vulcanization of the injected compound. Since the axial position of the screw and the barrel are constant, the feeding section of the screw does not have to be extra lengthened; in the case of the same screw diameter, the injection amount can be increased a lot. The device is suitable for forming vulcanization of large and high precision rubber products.


Rubber Injection Machine Characteristics:

  1. This machine is composed of four parts: body part, heating plate part, hydraulic power part and electric control part. The hydraulic cylinder is made of ductile iron and the plunger is cold.Made of hard cast iron to improve its compressive strength and wear resistance, and reduce the structure of the whole machine. The platform and upper beam are welded with high-quality carbon steel, and the other parts are excellent.Made of carbon steel or alloy steel.
  2. The main seal of the cylinder adopts yx type seal, which is reliable in sealing and long in service life.
  3. Electric heating is controlled by electronic temperature controller, which has the advantages of high temperature control precision, intuitive display and convenient adjustment.
  4. This machine uses the moving template to move the moving template out of the machine through the guide rail, which greatly facilitates the user's demand for various products.
  5. Hydraulic control system. The rubber injection machine is equipped with two CBN-F310 hydraulic pumps, which are directly driven by the electric motor and supply oil to the hydraulic cylinder through each control valve;
  6. The control valve constitutes the entire control system. The system works in conjunction with the electrical control system to control the rapid rise of the plunger, slow clamping, automatic injection, and automatic pressure retention, pressure, drop, push and pull, ejection and other actions.
