Rubber Injection Machine Brief Introduction:
Rubber injection molding vulcanizer is referred to as rubber injection machine or injection molding machine, which is one of the three major molding vulcanizing machines in industrial rubber molding products. In terms of quantity, it is second only to the rubber plate vulcanizing machine (hot press molding machine) and far more than the rubber pressure forming machine (injection molding machine), accounting for more than 1/4 of the total.
Although the price and cost of the rubber injection machine and its mold are higher than those of the rubber plate vulcanizer, because the injection machine is particularly advantageous for mass production, the production efficiency and product quality are greatly improved, and the material loss and heat energy consumption are correspondingly reduced. Eventually it leads to a reduction in the total cost, which is favored and widely adopted by large rubber plants. In recent years, due to the emergence of flexible and flexible rubber injection machines suitable for small and medium batch production, many specialized small and medium rubber factories have also begun to choose to use them.
Main device structure and performance characteristics Pre-injection device for rubber injection machine Pre-injection device consists of plasticized and injection parts. Its function is to uniformly heat and plasticize the rubber, and inject the plasticized rubber into the mold cavity through the nozzle. After the injection, the pressure is maintained to keep the rubber in the mold cavity under a set pressure for a certain period of time to prevent the rubber from flowing backwards and causing loose product tissue and uneven surface. The holding pressure is generally 80-120MPa, and the higher one can reach 60% -80% of the actual injection pressure. According to experience, when the holding pressure is about 80% of the actual injection pressure, the quality of the obtained product is relatively high. Therefore, the requirements for the injection device are: strong plasticizing ability, sufficient injection pressure, injection speed, and accurate metering and feeding.
In recent years, with the rapid development of modern high technology, higher requirements have been imposed on the quality of rubber products. And the market demand for large-scale rubber products has also increased greatly. Screw reciprocating rubber injection machines have exposed the disadvantages that their injection product capacity and pressure are limited. Screw plunger injection molding machines have been newly developed and applied. The new plunger-type injection device with a pre-plasticizing device installs a hydraulically-driven plasticizing screw in the injection piston, which is realized by a "first in, first out" (FIFO) injection method. The compound is still plasticized using a screw-barrel. This device usually sets the injection cylinders symmetrically on both sides of the screw. During injection, the axial relative position of the screw and the barrel is unchanged. The check valve located at the plunger head closes the screw groove. The screw is injected into the mold cavity with the injection plunger.
