Factors That Influence During Vulcanizing:
Vulcanizing machine forming is an engineering technique that involves transforming plastic into useful and original products. The important process conditions for injection molding are the temperature, pressure and corresponding individual time of action that affect plasticizing flow and cooling. vulcanizer temperature control

  1. barrel temperature

The temperatures that need to be controlled during the injection molding process are barrel temperature, nozzle temperature, and mold temperature. The first two temperatures primarily affect the plasticization and flow of the plastic, while the latter temperature primarily affects the flow and cooling of the plastic. Each plastic has a different flow temperature. The same plastic has different flow and decomposition temperatures due to different sources or grades. This is due to the difference in average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. Plastics are injected in different types. The plasticizing process in the machine is also different, so the temperature of the selected cylinder is also different.

  1. vulcanizer nozzle temperature

The nozzle temperature is usually slightly below the maximum temperature of the barrel, in order to prevent the "flowing phenomenon" that can occur in the straight-through nozzle. The nozzle temperature should not be too low, otherwise it will cause early condensation of the melt to block the nozzle, or affect the performance of the product due to the injection of the early aggregate into the cavity.

  1. vulcanizer mold temperature

The mold temperature has a great influence on the intrinsic properties and apparent quality of the product. The temperature of the mold depends on the presence or absence of crystallinity of the plastic, the size and structure of the product, performance requirements, and other process conditions (melt temperature, injection speed and injection pressure, molding cycle, etc.).
 
Noise Solutions For Vulcanizing Machine:

  • Vulcanizers are particularly prone to noise during operation. Different vulcanizers have different noise standards and their quality is also a major factor.
  • The installation and basic conditions for the determination of the vulcanizer noise, the fixing and connection of the vulcanizing press shall be indicated in the instruction manual. The vulcanizing press should be installed on a flat reflective surface constructed of concrete. If an elastic mat is used between the machine and its support surface, its technical characteristics should be documented. The installation and foundation conditions for all measurements should be the same.
  • For the measurement of the weighted sound power level, if the A-weighted sound pressure level measured at the operator's employee level exceeds 85 dB, a standard shall be used to measure the A-weighted sound power level. If practicable, the engineering method should be used and should be measured once per speaker position, and the duration of each measurement is F. 5 regulations are enforced. The measurement surface shall be a parallel hexagon; its measured distance shall be 1 m.
  • If the vulcanizer generates large noise for a long time, it should be checked whether the equipment is faulty to ensure safe production.
