Rubber product production process
1. Basic process
Along with the rapid development of modern industry, especially the chemical industry, there are many kinds of rubber products, but the production process is basically the same. The product is made of general solid rubber (raw rubber), and its production process mainly includes:
Raw material preparation→Mastication→Kneading→forming→vulcanization→dressing→inspection
2. Raw material preparation
The main materials of rubber products are raw rubber, compounding agent, fiber material and metal material. Raw rubber is the basic material; compounding agent is auxiliary material added to improve certain properties of rubber products; fiber material (cotton, hemp, wool and various rayon, synthetic fiber) and metal material (steel wire, copper wire) It is used as a skeleton material for rubber products to enhance mechanical strength and limit product modification.
Vacuum forming is a thermoplastic plastic plate, sheet is fixed on the mould, with radiation heater heated to softening temperature, and then the die with the plate by using a vacuum pump (sheet material) between the air pump to make the plate (sheet material) parison according to mould contour forming, cooling stereotypes after products use compressed air to blow out of the mould and demoulding.

(1) Saving raw and auxiliary materials, light weight, convenient transportation, good sealing performance, and meeting the requirements of environmentally friendly green packaging;
(2) It can pack any special-shaped products, and no additional buffer material is required for packing;
(3) The packaged product is transparent, beautiful in appearance and easy to sell;
(4) The packaged products are suitable for mechanization and automatic packaging, which is convenient for modern management, saving manpower and improving efficiency.
